Pope Francis has issued a climate change challenge directly to President Elect Trump. The Pope, in thinly veiled speech, urged Trump not to withdraw the U.S. from the United Nations Paris agreement reached in 2015. The UN treaty has been said by critics to be “history’s most expensive treaty’,” with a “cost of between $1 trillion and $2 trillion annually.”
Pope Francis warned of the “crisis of climate change.” “The ‘distraction’ or delay in implementing global agreements on the environment shows that politics has become submissive to a technology and economy which seek profit above all else,” Francis said, in what Reuters described as “a message that looked to be squarely aimed at” Trump.

Speaking to a group of scientists, including physicist Stephen Hawking, the pope said in his speech that scientists should “work free of political, economic or ideological interests, to develop a cultural model which can face the crisis of climatic change and its social consequences”. Pope Francis also called for “an ecological conversion capable of supporting and promoting sustainable development.” In 2015, the Pope issued an encyclical on climate and the environment titled “Laudato Si: On Care for Our Common Home.”
The report noted: “The Vatican relied on advisers who are the most extreme elements in the global warming debate. These climate advisors are so far out of the mainstream they even make some of their fellow climate activists cringe…The Vatican advisors can only be described as a brew of anti-capitalist, pro-population control advocates who allow no dissent and are way out of the mainstream of even the global warming establishment.”

There is plenty of scientific rational to support the idea that the climate sensivity of CO2 is really zero. In terms of actually changing climate the Paris Climate Accord is a total waste of time and money. Prayer is the better approach here. The real ecological problem here is Mankind’s out of control population and that is a problem that Mankind does have the power to solve. I can’t say “socialism/communism”, enough. The UN’s original claim was global warming, when that didn’t work it became climate change. Yes, the climate changes without the help of humans and has been since the beginning of time. Then it became UN Agenda 21, then Agenda 2030, then sustainability, then social and economic justice. Finally, the truth emerges … socialism/communism is the real end agenda, again driven by Soros.

Pope Francis is a moron! He “grieves” for Fidel Castro upon his death and spouts “Global Warming” despite numerous sources casting extreme doubts on such AGW propaganda (sources that include acclaimed climatologists, environmentalists and University professors). This Pope also spouts dislike for Capitalism, despite the fact that it has been the best economic system that has enriched the population as a whole. Why else would China be embracing Capitalism? All of this, while the Catholic Church sits behind its massive wealth and Vatican walls (to which this Pope demands that everyone take in refugees, while refugees remain persona non grata within the Vatican). People need to stop listening to Pope Francis. He’s loony!

Worst Pope ever. Actually I don’t think he is a Pope. Last week he said priests could forgive women for having abortions. They always could!!! He just told the world abortion was ok! Just like he said being gay was ok. Good gravy.

This Pope is a usurper, atheist and communist. Priests say 30-40% of the priesthood is atheist. Add that to the hard core leftists within the church, and you are well over 50%. And hence, Francis. The only people Francis criticizes are faithful Catholics. He hates Catholics, loves everybody else.
