Morano to screen ‘Climate Hustle’ in Canada – Film now out on DVD

Canadian media phenomenon Ezra Levant is helping CFACT bring Climate Hustle to Canada.

Marc Morano and I will be joining Ezra to promote the film and answer questions.

Hustle has already played to packed houses in Toronto and Halifax.  You can see it tonight in Calgary and Friday night in Edmonton.  Both screenings are at 7 PM.

The global warming agenda is doing great damage to Canada.  Canada is a major energy producer and the warming people don’t like that one bit.  Canada’s new left-leaning government stands to thwart entire industries without making any meaningful change to the Earth’s climate.

Millions of Canadians have had enough and Climate Hustle is just the film to provide them the solid facts they need to debunk the propaganda and set the record straight.

Climate Hustle is now available on DVD in the U.S.  Get yours today and join the fight!

Study: Sell last gasoline car by 2035 to meet ‘global warming’ goals

By Alister Doyle | OSLO

The last gasoline-powered car will have to be sold by about 2035 to put the world on track to limit global warming to the most stringent goal set by world leaders last year, a study said on Thursday.

The report, by a Climate Action Tracker (CAT) backed by three European research groups, said a drastic shift was needed towards clean electric cars and fuel efficiency since transport emits about 14 percent of world greenhouse gas emissions.

Last December, world leaders at a Paris summit set a goal of limiting a rise in temperatures to “well below” 2 degrees Celsius (3.6 Fahrenheit) above pre-industrial times while “pursuing efforts” for a much tougher 1.5 C (2.7F) ceiling.

“We calculate that the last gasoline/diesel car will have to be sold by roughly 2035,” the CAT report said, to make the car fleet consistent with staying below 1.5C. It assumes the last fossil-fuel vehicles would be on the roads until 2050.

The CAT is one of the main groups that monitors government actions to restrict global warming and includes researchers who are authors on U.N. climate reports.…

Italian meteorologist Colonel Paolo Ernan:  Data manipulated to make people believe in global warming

Italian meteorologist – Data manipulated to make people believe in global warming

There are ongoing attempts to distort the data in global temperatures, says Italian meteorologist Colonel Paolo Ernani. This process is particularly evident in surface temperature data from the United States. Plus, look at the exchange of e-mails between the various researchers worried that actual temperature measurements conflict with their theory. I personally denounced this misbehavior on December 4, 2015 in an article entitled ” Global Warming and Climate Change! What a mess.” Excerpts from above article by Col. Paul Ernani, climatologist. (This was in Italian. Please let me know if I have paraphrased it incorrectly.) Why is there this desire to convince the public that the Earth is heading towards an inexorable rise in temperature? What’s behind it? What interests are being served? The majority of the media is always talking about Global Warming as something already acquired, as if it were real, when in fact there are many scientists and scholars who do not agree on that. Supporters of Global warming, the so-called “caldisti”, use that term less and less. Today it is increasingly popular to use the term “climate change”? What does that (climate change) mean ? It’s ambiguous. It lends itself to multiple interpretations. Perhaps their models are imperfect and not very reliable. We have suggested they include “Sunspots” in their models to improve reliability, but it did not help. The temperature of our planet is quite correlated with this variable. Recent studies reinforce even more the link between temperature on Earth and sun spots. The news these days say the Earth’s temperature could rise between 4-6 degrees Celsius degrees by the end of the century, and dues to melting ice, many coastal cities will be submerged. Does it seem strange that these hypothetical disasters are announced in conjunction with the conference on climate change in Paris? It is good to remember that one of the largest and most powerful controllers of climate is water vapor. Even so, they want to sponsor the Green Energy. The I.P.C. C. subsidizes many research institutions and universities, and this is certainly fine. But, hypothetically, if their research shows that the temperature of the globe is not increasing, they my remain silent in order to not create embarrassment to those who finance them. Solar activity underestimated More disturbing is the fact that the President is not preparing the …

Physicist asks: Why didn’t ‘Sarkozy tell us about his climate  skepticism earlier?’

Sarkozy is a climate skeptic brought us some surprising news:Sarkozy comes out of the closet as a climate skepticBetween 2007 and 2012, Sarkozy was the president of France and we could often see him as a member of a powerful European couple along with Angela Merkel. I think that during Sarkozy’s times, France was viewed as a more important part of the couple than it is now. The effect of a switch to Sarkozy seems self-evident – although some unspectacular evolution of the French economy relatively to the German one could have contributed, too.His fresh statements to AFP make it clear that he is no lukewarmer.Climate has been changing for four billion years. Sahara has become a desert, it isn’t because of industry. You need to be as arrogant as men are to believe we changed the climate.Yup, if you are as non-arrogant as women are :-), except for Catherine Hayhoe or the Latin American female crackpot on top of the UNFCCC whose name I have forgotten (update: something like Figueres), you know that global warming is a pile of šit.He seems to be as skeptical as you or me. The climate has been changing for quite some time. And desertification of Sahara – which, by the way, I also consider a vastly bigger issue than the change of the global temperature by a degree – wasn’t caused by men.In other parts of the statements, Sarkozy suggests that other topics – such as terrorism or, more controversially, high population growth – are far more important problems than the climate change. It sounds great except we can’t resist to ask: Why didn’t mess-yeah 😉 Sarkozy tell us about his skepticism earlier? He became a president in 2007 when the climate hysteria probably reached the peak. For example, the IPCC and Al Gore were awarded for being some of the nastiest crooks in the world’s history and received the Nobel Peace Prize. Also, 2007 was a year right before the relatively cold years 2008 and 2009 which helped to calm the hysteria, along with the ClimateGate scandal in late 2009.Nevertheless, Sarkozy used to be at most ambiguous. I believe that folks like Václav Klaus must have known that Sarkozy was “actually” a climate skeptic. He kept confidentiality but I think that at some moments, Klaus implicitly suggested that some very important politicians actually appreciate him – Klaus – for his courage on …

UN poll of World Citizens Rank Climate Change Dead Last As Concern – 16th out of 16

Alarmism Not Working: World Citizens Rank Climate Change Dead Last As Concern

Over the last year and a half, the United Nations has been conducting an online poll, asking the world’s citizens —well, those fortunate enough to have access to electrical power, a computer, and the internet — what is most important to them, what concerns them most, or what issue they view as the highest priority for action. In all, there are 16 priorities to choose from, ranging from phone and internet access to building more roads, protecting rivers and forests, better health care, etc. Over 9.7 million people across all nations and age groups and educational and income levels have voted so far. And, shockingly, of the 16 listed priorities for action, “Action taken on climate change” ranks a distant 16th, or last. The world’s citizens are more concerned about access to paved roads and phones than they are about taking action to combat the greatest threat facing mankind. Sadly, even citizens of wealthy countries couldn’t care any less than they do about climate change as an issue. In the U.S., for example, in a Gallup poll ranking the levels of concern about 15 pre-selected, randomly-ordered national problems, “Climate Change” again comes in a distant last place. Just yesterday, a poll conducted by the Energy Policy Institute at the University of Chicago and reported by the Associated Press revealed that 43% of American citizens would refuse to pay more than $1 a month to fight climate change — though we’re not exactly sure what fighting climate change means. And the refusal to pay rises as the relative cost of fighting the climate rises: 61% would refuse to pay even $10 a month, about 70% would refuse to pay $20 a month, and 80% of Americans would refuse to pay $50 a month. Are More Alarming Studies Needed To Elicit Belief, Concern? Perhaps there aren’t enough alarming studies linking climate change to personal catastrophes to generate more public concern about climate change as an issue. Maybe there needs to be more analysis that says Antarctica will soon be the only place on the planet to live if we don’t start fighting climate change. That could garner enough attention to move up a notch or two in the polls. Beer is quite popular nearly world-wide. What if there were more stories that affirm global warming will make beer taste worse? …

Sarkozy, Fmr. Prez of France – Declares himself a climate skeptic, will run again – ‘Is Sarkozy turning into Trump?’

BREAKING Nicolas Sarkozy, former President of France now climate skeptic, will run again

This is big. The French press today is full of stories on the former President Nicolas Sarkozy “coming out as a skeptic”. It’s a major crack in the dam wall. He’s running again for President, and obviously can see the ocean of votes in speaking out against political correctness.   Sarcozy will have watched the rise of Marine Le Pen and of Donald Trump. The game has changed.

Pandering to the Global Bullies no longer works. Once the fear of being called a “climate denier” is gone, there is nothing to stop half of the political divide from a phase change. (Well, nothing at least apart from lobbying, donations and gifts from the $1.5 Trillion dollar Green Machine). The Brexit shock spreads. Democracy is not dead yet.   — Hat tips to Phillip and to Benoît.

French voters will get a real choice:

Sarkozy comes out of the closet as a climate skeptic

Presidential hopeful Nicolas Sarkozy reckons that climate change is not caused by man and that the world has far bigger problems on its hands than global warming.

Nicolas Sarkozy, who is fighting to regain the presidency that he lost to François Hollande in 2012, has finally come out of the closet as a climate skeptic.

Speaking in front of business leaders Sarkozy, a candidate for Les Republicains party primary in November, told them that man alone was not to blame for climate change.

“Climate has been changing for four billion years,” the former president said according to AFP. “Sahara has become a desert, it isn’t because of industry. You need to be as arrogant as men are to believe we changed the climate.”

RFI French Press Review

The former French president who hopes to win the right-wing nomination for another shot at the top job has already shown himself adept at Trump’s populist game, playing communities off against one another in his own interest. Yesterday, Sarko was speaking to French business leaders and he said that it was simply arrogant to claim that the human race was responsible for climate change. “The climate has been changing for four billion years,” said the Republican leader, “but it wasn’t industry that turned the Sahara into a desert.”

Sarkozy told his audience that, in fact, population growth is a far more serious threat to the planet than …

Former French Prez Sarkozy comes out of the closet –as a climate skeptic! ‘Climate has been changing for four billion years’

Sarkozy has minimized the climate change in the past, but up until now he has never openly suggested that man was not to blame.

It appears the ex-president has an all round grudge against climate change.

The former president believes the world should be concentrating on the rise in the population and movement of people rather than worrying so much about global warming.

“Never has the earth experienced such a demographic shock as it is about to, because in a few years there will be 11 billion of us. And man is directly responsible in this case but nobody talks about it,” Sarkozy said.

Sarkozy was also angry at the amount of global media coverage given to the COP21 climate change conference in Paris last year, that was hailed a success not just for the future of the earth but for the Socialist government who helped force through an historic deal.

Sarkozy believes the media should have been concentrating on the Paris terror attacks, that occurred just weeks before on November 13th.

The former president must have been too busy to notice the enormous amount of media coverage both in France and around the globe that was dedicated to the terror attacks.…

Report: 1970s ‘global cooling’ studies ‘airbrushed out of history’

Everyone knows that before the global warming scare began in the 1980s, scientists were much more worried about global cooling and the coming ice age.

At least everybody did till a cabal of lying climate alarmists – one then a senior administrator at NOAA, now a president at the World Meteorological Association –  hijacked Wikipedia, published a lying paper, and rewrote history by painting the 1970s Global Cooling Scare as an urban myth.

Now the full extent of these activists’ skullduggery has been uncovered by researcher Kenneth Richard, writing at No Tricks Zone.

Richard shows that during the 1960s and 1970s, there was an 86 percent scientific consensus that the planet was on a cooling path. But this was airbrushed out of history so successfully that even now if you do a Google search on “70s global cooling scare” the top results claim it never really happened.

The top result is…
