Watch: Jeb Bush Endorses UN Climate Treaty Process: ‘We need to work with the rest of the world to negotiate a way to reduce carbon emissions’

Via Tampa Bay Times: Jeb Bush’s April 17, 2015 remarks at a “Politics & Eggs” event brought praise from billionaire Tom Steyer’s group NextGen Climate, which has spent millions in recent elections blasting Republicans on climate change.

“Jeb Bush demonstrated leadership today on the issue of climate change—distancing himself from the other Republican presidential hopefuls and demonstrating why climate change doesn’t have to be a partisan issue,” the group said in an email to reporters. “Today in New Hampshire, Bush expressed his concern about the fact that the climate is changing and pledged to “to work with the rest of the world to negotiate a way to reduce carbon emissions. This is a critical step forward for the Republican candidate, but it can only be the beginning if America hopes to truly lead the world in combating climate change once and for all. In the coming weeks, we urge Jeb Bush to outline his specific plan to reduce carbon emissions and tackle the greatest challenge of our generation. Providing strong solutions to reduce carbon emissions will not only mitigate the impacts of climate change but also strengthen our economy and create good-paying jobs across the country.”

  1. Eff the Bush family. Check out George Bush Sr. talking about a New World Order under the UN on the following two youtube links:

By the way, is anybody aware that the after we ‘liberated’ Iraq from Saddam, they ‘elected’ Jalal Talabani who just happens to be a VP in SocialistInternational.org? Google the following:

    talabani site:socialistinternational.org

Why then hell would Bush sacrifice the lives of our servicemen and spend all that money and then let them elect a socialist? My only answer is that he and most of his family are most likely socialists.

  2. We need no more Bushes and no more Clintons.
If this is Jeb’s position, he’s as unqualified as the “New World Order-istas” are on the real science of climate.

  3. The split is amongst OPEC/climate alarmists vs domestic oil/sceptics. Not left wing or right wing. If you’ve not noticed, every objection that climate alarmists voice is against all oil sources other than Middle Eastern and OPEC oil. Any fracking or exploration or development of oil sources anywhere but in the middle East is instanlty attacked by the agw alarmists including Obama, the Clintons and the Bush’s. Goes to show just how much the Saudis control the US.

  4. That was a major blunder Jeb.

He’s joined the anti-capitalist Marxists of the world, I can’t believe he would say such a thing.

Where has this man been over the last 5 years?

    1. Far, I doubt that the election on Hillary is an RNC goal, but Establishment folks tend to scratch each others’ backs and there is now a lot of money supporting goofy ideas about climate change.

  5. Here is the Republican front-runner in all his AGW Believer splendor. More of his party will join him, as too many politicians are afraid of the green lobby and all the believers in the media.
    It’s hopeless…

  6. Too bad idiot republicans don’t know an anti-American, globalist agent, when they see one. Globalist check list:
    One world government (UN)
    Carbon taxes (ie Climate change)
Cloward and Piven agenda (illegal immigration)
American Union (like the EU, for easier merging into one world dictatorship)
Support loss of sovereignty (for easier merging into one world dictatorship)
Devaluing US dollar (supports federal reserve)
Nazi police state (supports illegal unconstitutional domestic spying and mass surveillance)
Perpetual wars (destabilization of other countries, also serves to put US under unplayable debt so international bankers can buy hard assets for pennies on the dollar)
    Etc. Etc.

  7. I wonder to what extent Tom Steyer’s positions on climate change reflect his commercial interests, rather than a altruistic desire protect our planet.

  8. The Bush Family are members of the trilateral commision that are the source of the movement to make energy credits the basis of the world economy. Read up on Technocracy. Global economy based on equal distribution of energy to each citizen class person. The ration is decided by academics that will vote each other in based on merit, social issues will be decided by means of the scientific method. This type of economy was founded in the 1930’s and drifted off. The trilaterals brought it back in the early 70’s as a means to control the population in a fair and equal way in their eyes.
