If they had simply labeled the effect “global climate change” there might be SIGNIFICANTLY more folks on-board.     3. I can’t understand why people keep doubting Global Warming every serious scientist says it is happening. These scientists publish their studies in the light of day for anyone to scientifically challenge. If it is so full of holes and so false why don’t the fossil fuel companies Exxon, the coal industry hire their own scientists and publish their studies saying Global Warming is wrong. Publish it in the light of day like the Global Warming scientists do and face off science to science. They can afford to hire scientists. You know why because they have done their own studies and they found the same results. Ask you self that one simple and completely silly question. If it is so full of holes where is Exxon and their scientists. Publish the data do it in the light of day. They can’t just like the cigarette companies did.   110. So much for the majority of experts, not to mention Al Gore and the millions he made off of global warming, who said they were the sharpest knife in the drawer. Turns out they were the dullest and getting duller by the month. Most of the global warming crowd figured they could get unprecedented amounts of funding from Uncle Sam for the research, and trips to the 4 corners of the earth. Al Gore made over a 100 million dollars with his alarming predictions, which he tried to make true by flying to and fro in private jets and in big, gas guzzling limos as ground transportation. The next step by the experts was to tax every person in the industrialized world in order to transfer a trillion dollars to the 3rd world as well as to pay for technologies such as capturing the C02 gases produced by man in big underground storage areas. They predicted that areas of the world along the coast would be underwater and it would displace over 100 million or more people to higher ground. Now the concern is for the displacement of 300-500 million people in the US, Europe, and Russia going through a deep freeze (smashing 50-100 year records) trying to move to more southerly latitudes trying to keep from freezing to death.

Scientists stopped using the term Global Warming because of all the idiots that couldn’t understand how warming poles and melting ice caps could cause extreme cold and massive snowfall elsewhere. Many regions of the planet are experiencing massive rain, drought, heat, cold, etc. all due to major changes at the poles, mainly melting ice caps due to warming. Tahoe and the Northwest are at 5% there snowfall levels and California’s reservoirs are at 3% normal levels (which were already low). Basic science and thermodynamics explain ‘weather’. I’m assuming that soon you’ll all be saying that anyone who believes weather patterns are changing also believe the holocaust didn’t happen.

    1)Less use of oil to heat our homes, reducing dependence on foreign oil and putting more dollars in our pockets.
    2)Less money spent on snow removal means lower taxes.
    3)Longer growing seasons would mean more food production, perhaps ending world hunger.
    4)Warmer temperatures would cause more evaporation from the oceans,this warm moist air would turn to rain increasing our fresh water supply,Some might even fall on regions suffering from drought.More food perhaps?
