Obama and Hillary are complete failures on climate polices. Is it or isnt it true that China is and planning to open up 2000 coal power plants through out their country making it impossible to change CO2 emissions or impossible to apply any type of climate warming polices? So why are climate hysterics being so hysteric about when nothing can be done even if it was true?
