Al Gore’s Climate Apocalypse — Delayed

The rapture was supposed to happen on September 13, 1988. A few fringe pastors were screaming that the end was nigh, that the righteous would soon disappear into the air while the rest of humanity was doomed to suffer a quite literal hell on earth. Forget the biblical admonition that no man knows the day nor hour of Christ’s return, these men had figured it out. It was time to prepare yourself.

Gore’s Tip of Tipping Point Busted

Gore’s Tip of Tipping Point Busted.

From: Global Warming Racket and Climate Change Superscam

If you are reading this, Al Gore is wrong. We haven’t all been fried and died.

While pushing his Science Fiction propaganda piece, An Inconvenient Truth, Al Gore appeared at the Sundance Film Festival in Utah, on Wednesday, Jan. 25, 2006. At the time, CBS News reported:

The former vice president came to town for the premiere of “An Inconvenient Truth,” a documentary chronicling what has become his crusade since losing the 2000 presidential election: Educating the masses that global warming is about to toast our ecology and our way of life.

Gore has been saying it for decades, since a college class in the 1960s convinced him that greenhouse gases from oil, coal and other carbon emissions were trapping the sun’s heat in the atmosphere, resulting in a glacial meltdown that could flood much of the planet.

Same old stuff that the alarmists have been pushing, year in, year out and as the AGW hoax gets revealed brick by brick, they become shriller and shriller. But how’s this for shrill?  Al Gore predicted that, unless action was taken, we would reach the point of no return; the tipping point.

And politicians and corporations have been ignoring the issue for decades, to the point that unless drastic measures to reduce greenhouse gases are taken within the next 10 years, the world will reach a point of no return, Gore said.

Well, Al, we have passed that point. Why were you so stupid as to mention a decade. Others among the shrill use terms like “at the end of the century” Still stupid, but not as stupid as just a decade.

Jan. 26, 2016 is Al Gore’s 10-year Global Warming Doomsday Due Date

Today is Al Gore’s Global Warming Doomsday

by Dr. Ed Berry Here we are on January 26, 2016. Do you feel the heat? Do you see the clouds are gone and the sky is glowing red? Ten years ago, on January 25, 2006, Al Gore stood before his Sundance audience at the screening of his “An Inconvenient Truth.” Al Gore waved his quivering finger in the air and told his audience that unless the world takes drastic measures to reduce greenhouse gases within the next 10 years, we will reach a point of no return. Gore said our CO2 emissions would cause Earth to go into a runaway heat death. The Washington Post reported Al Gore “believes humans may have only 10 years left to save the planet from turning into a total frying pan.” CBS News wrote Gore predicted the earth would be in “a true planetary emergency” within the next ten years unless drastic action is taken to reduce greenhouse gases. Al Gore’s people have been singing like the Donkey in Schrek, “I believe, I believe.” Eco-freak groups have tried in vain to save the planet from our CO2. Don’t they know it’s too late? It’s over? We’re done for? Nothing they can do now can save Earth. Al Gore said so. They can relax now and enjoy the heat before we all perish. Could it be that Al Gore is mistaken? That cannot be. If Al Gore is wrong then he has betrayed millions of global warmers. They have devoted their lives to Al Gore. Their devotion is their religion. Because global warming is their religion they cannot hear, see, or touch any evidence that might prove their religion is wrong. But. But. But. Unless there are no more clouds in the sky and no more snow on the ground, then Al Gore is wrong. You know what Richard Feynman said about the scientific method: If your prediction is wrong then your hypothesis is wrong. And if you reject the scientific method then you reject true science. Unless you reject your hypothesis that our CO2 causes global warming (or climate change) then your belief is a religion, not science. You see, Al Gore believed the climate models. But climate models are not reality. Models are but an attempt to simulate reality. We must test models against reality. If the models’ predictions are wrong then the climate …

George Will: Climate Fine-Tuners Reach Another False ‘Turning Point’

Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell, one of whose invaluable functions is to be a wet blanket about moveable feasts such as the Paris conference, says:

“Before (the president’s) international partners pop the champagne, they should remember that this is an unattainable deal based on a (U.S.) domestic energy plan that is likely illegal, that half the states have sued to halt, and that Congress has already voted to reject.”

The Paris agreement probably occasions slight excitement among the planet’s billion people who lack electricity, and the hundreds of millions in need of potable water.

Historians, write Walter Russell Mead and Jamie Horgan of The American Interest, are likely to say that the Paris agreement ended climate change the way the 1928 Kellogg-Briand Treaty ended war.

But as the ink dries on the Paris gesture of right-mindedness, let us praise the energy source most responsible for the surge of human betterment that began with the harnessing of fossil fuels around 1800.

Newly Gore trained High School senior ready to help ‘our society to become more scientifically literate’

http://www.theintelligencer.com/local_news/article_1e37faaa-27e2-11e5-9eac-ffc1fa2e26a4.html

“Essentially it provides people the opportunity to give presentations that are an updated version of Al Gore’s ‘Inconvenient Truth’ for which he won the 2007 Nobel Peace prize.  These trainings are held around the world, and they allow people to bring the science behind global warming back to their community and educate,” Vitoff said.

When Eden Vitoff begins his senior year at Edwardsville High School this fall, he will have the tools to  make a difference in his community and possibly the world.  The teenager, who also happens to be the president of the EHS Environmental Club as well as an officer in the recently formed Illinois Youth Environmental Network, spent the past few days in Canada attending The Climate Reality Project training in order to host presentations locally about the effects of global warming.

“The cool thing about the training is that I will be able to give presentations for the rest of my life,” Vitoff added.

Within a year of completing the Climate Reality Leadership Corp’s training, Vitoff will be required to perform 10 “Acts of Leadership.”   Although most “Acts of Leadership” will be in the form of a presentation that either Vitoff arranges locally himself or via requests that come through The Climate Reality Project’s national organization, other “Acts of Leadership” can include writing a blog, writing a letter to the editor, organizing a film screening, organizing a climate change-related campaign, meeting with government leaders, or organizing a day of action.

is going to be the last chance for meaningful legislation to be passed.  So it’s a big deal.”
