In the above video liberal climate “expert” Bill Maher provides an example as to what average liberals rely on for their climate change education. Average liberals don’t take the time to actually learn the science, they rely upon scientific “experts” like Bill Nye , Al Gore , Michael Mann , late night comedians like Bill Maher, and Oscar the Grouch .
Former President Barack Obama traveled to Italy this week to make a speech on climate change at the “Seed & Chips: The Global Food Innovation Summit” in the city of Milan.
It seems like Obama has taken a page out of Leonardo DiCaprio’s book of “do as I say, not as I do” and took a private jet to Milan. Not only that, he had a 14 car convoy to get into the city, which also included protection from above with a helicopter.
It doesn’t end there. According to The Daily Mail, 300 police officers were used to protect the former president.
The fleet of 14 included multiple SUVs, police cars, and sedans — not to mention a few motorcycles.
Here’s another look at the convoy:
While in Milan, Obama also met with former Italian Prime Minister Matteo Renzi, who was a close partner during their respective times in office.
During his post-presidency vacation, Obama spent many weeks in French Polynesia on music mogul David Geffen’s 450ft superyacht, which surely does not frugally sip fossil fuels like he wants the rest of the country to do.

WASHINGTON – After drawing criticism last year for taking a private jet to accept an environmental award, Academy Award-winning actor and environmental activist Leonardo DiCaprio took a commercial flight to and from last weekend’s People’s Climate March in Washington, according to a source close to the actor.
DiCaprio was also driven around locally in a Tesla electric car.
In May 2016, DiCaprio flew to New York from France on a private jet to accept an award at the Riverkeeper Fishermen’s Ball. He reportedly flew back to Cannes after the ball.
PJM learned that the actor traveled from New York to Washington and back on a commercial flight for the march, at which he did not deliver any speech.
BY: AMANDA PRESTIGIACOMO on MAY 2, 2017 I f there’s one thing we can count on in this world, it’s self-styled environmentalists being total hypocrites when it comes to the environment. On Saturday, the “People’s Climate March”in Washington, DC was packed with tens of thousands of hippies, tree-huggers, celebrities, politicians and climate change alarmists all shouting about the dire need for the government to “save” the planet, as they all bonded over their mutual hatred for President Donald Trump, of course. The marchers, unsurprisingly, left DC trashed. Signs about the precious environment ironically littered the street, trash overowed the garbage and food and drink containers covered the green grass. It was apparently too much for the (CO -exhaling*) hippies to dispose of their garbage in an environmentally-friendly manner before taking ‘Environmentalists’ Leave #ClimateMarch TRASHED Screenshot: Twitter 2 5/…
It seems the Earth has a sense of irony. “Record-breaking heat” is possible at the People’s Climate March in DC on Saturday, where thousands of people are planning to protest against the president’s climate change policies on his 100th day in office. Trump’s initiatives include, but are not limited to, a 31% cut in the Environmental Protection Agency and potentially leaving the Paris climate agreement.
Among those suffering in the heat will be former vice-president Al Gore and, apparently, Leonardo DiCaprio. It is likely to take a titanic effort to change the other Wolf of Wall Street’s mind, however, as Trump has repeatedly said that the inception of climate change had nothing to do with mankind. Only 1,361 more days of this to go!
Hundreds of thousands of immigrants and their allies will be striking and marching around the country on 1 May. The May Day protests are traditionally led by unions and labor groups, but this year – galvanized by the Trump administration – immigration, racial justice, gender equality and LGBT groups will be playing a big part.
Demonstrations will take place in a number of states. Activist groups are launching a “Corporate Backers of Hate Campaign” on the same day, which will see demonstrations at the offices of companies seen to be supporting or benefiting from the Trump presidency. Targets include JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo and Goldman Sachs.
Luke Skywalker v Trump
Trump will be met by thousands of Luke Skywalkers, Hans Solos, and, depending on individuals’ tastes, Jar Jar Binkses when he returns to New York City next week.…
Laurie David had planned to retire from life as a political activist and Hollywood bundler and pass the baton to a new generation. Then along came President Donald Trump.
“After the election, it took me two weeks to just stop crying. I was just anticipating what was to come and what has come was worse than what I was crying about,” David told The Hollywood Reporter. “We lived through George Bush, we lived through Newt Gingrich, but that is nothing compared to what is happening.”
With two national marches planned over the next seven days – the Science March on Saturday and the People’s Climate March a week later – David is back in action and renewing her efforts. Both marches are taking place in Washington, D.C., but sister marches are planned in hundreds of cities across the world including Los Angeles. The marches will bookend a star-studded “evening of comedy” event on Tuesday hosted by David for the Natural Resources Defense Council legal fund at the Wallis Annenberg Center, where Julia Louis-Dreyfus and Larry David are scheduled to perform. The response to the NRDC event has been overwhelming, says Laurie David.
Flashback 2006: Crying Activist Part 2: UK Guardian: Laurie David cried for 3 days when John Kerry lost the presidency in 2004. ‘What she did do was take to her bed and cry. For three days and three nights.’ – And then the news came. Reuters flashed it up at 11.27am: “Democratic challenger John Kerry has telephoned President George W Bush and conceded the election.” … What she did do was take to her bed and cry. For three days and three nights. She cried because, in her mind, the end of the planet as we know it had just got that much closer…After three days, the crying stopped and David dragged herself out of bed…Laurie David is one of the United States’ foremost environmental activists. Her obsession is global warming…”

Most Americans are unaware of the vicious campaign waged by climate activists against people who do not recite the strictest tenets of the manmade-climate-change creed. The People’s Climate March is Saturday, April 29, and it will be the third iteration of an anti-Trump rally just this month. (April has been busy for the perpetually agitated.)
It is a day when lefties accomplish little more than exposing their planet-sized hypocrisy on the environment: Eco-celebs such as Leonardo DiCaprio and Mark Ruffalo will walk arm-in-arm to lament the Earth’s destruction by greedy fossil-fuel companies, and then they will jet off to their next fossil-fuel-powered movie set to make millions.
Jerry Brown, Andrew Cuomo, and other politicians will lecture us about the dangers of CO2 as they close zero-emission nuclear plants in their own states. Millennials will snap selfies on cellphones that operate off an electric grid powered by natural gas made abundantly available by the fracking they will protest. According to its website, here is the point of the People’s Climate March: On the 100th Day of the Trump Administration, we will be in the streets of Washington D.C. to show the world and our leaders that we will resist attacks on our people, our communities and our planet.
Now set aside for a moment the comical idea that angry anti-Trumpers, who have been in attack mode since November 8, are themselves under attack. This statement reveals the height of hypocrisy from the climate crowd; they are the bullies attacking anyone who dares to question climate science or who doubts whether human activity is causing climate change. Most Americans are unaware of the vicious campaign — including character assassination, political witch-hunts, and media propaganda — waged by climate activists against people who do not recite the strictest tenets of the manmade-climate-change creed. When the New York Times announced a few weeks ago that it had hired Bret Stephens, a former Wall Street Journal columnist, the climate cult went insane. (Stephens has been critical of climate-change dogma.)
Joe Romm, the editor of Climate Progress, and others demanded that the Times fire Stephens. Hundreds of people threatened to cancel their subscriptions to protest the hiring of a so-called climate denier, including leading climate scientist Ken Caldeira who accused Stephens of having a “reckless disregard for well-established scientific facts.” Michael Mann, a climate scientist from Penn …
Today we’re launching a $2,500 fundraiser to send Josh Fox to ‘hug it out’ with ISIS.
Fox took to Twitter after President Donald Trump dropped the Mother of All Bombs in Afghanistan, saying, “Atrocity. Murder. Abomination. When will we learn that only #love stops hate, and bombings only create more #ISIS? #moab #stoptrump.” A second tweet read, “Love your enemy. Don’t create more of them. Teachers, diplomacy, culture and aid helps peace. Bombs don’t. #MOAB #murder #NoMoreWars.”
The fundraiser will pay for Fox’s airfare to Afghanistan, 2 nights in a hotel and a dozen roses so Fox can show ISIS how much he really loves them.
If Fox refuses to go and turns out to be the hypocritical coward we believe him to be, then we’ll donate all the funds raised to the Wounded Warrior Project.…
