Maryland Guv to save planet; Plans to cut state CO2 emissions by 25% by 2020
The Associated Press reports: Gov. Martin O’Malley is scheduled to release a greenhouse gas reduction plan. The governor is attending a summit on climate change in Linthicum Heights on Thursday.
