National Academy of Sciences Declares Global Warming Contributes Hot and Cold Severe Weather

It also increases water vapor in the atmosphere, which can lead to more frequent heavy rain and snowstorms. #BasedOnScience”. But they forgot to explain their position appears to differ from the IPCC position.
